Ready-to-ship wigs ship in 1 to 5 business days. Custom braid wigs ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Custom dreadlock wigs ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Please check the description of each listing for details. Just pack them into a bun and apply mousse after swimming to maintain the style. **Returns & Refunds** 14. **Do you accept returns?** We only accept returns for defective items. For all other reasons, we only accept exchanges. Our quality control team carefully inspects and makes a video recording of each item before shipping out to ensure there are no defects. Items must be returned in original condition and within 2 weeks of receipt. If the item you want to exchange it for is a higher-priced item, you pay the difference.
